Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from our HQ in Bali using Ur Shipper and DHL using as minimal packaging as possible.
Our processing time is 3-7 business days. We are a small business, so please respect that our handling time can be longer than expected if items are not in stock, especially because we value ethical slow production, re-stocking times can take longer. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created.
International shipping is available at the expense of the buyer at varied rates. All international orders take 5-7 days transportation.
SHIBUI Concepts is not responsible for any taxes, customs, or duties incurred. In most countries, there will be a customs charge, for which the customer is responsible. As every country has its own regulations, SHIBUI Concepts cannot share any information about customs charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Free return shipping if we’ve sent you the wrong item/size or your product arrived damaged.
Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping address may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

How to return an item
You have the right to return or exchange your order within fourteen days from the day on which the order was delivered to you. Items on sale are final sale and therefore cannot be returned.
1. If you want to return an item, simply email us at info@shibui-concepts.com, tell us your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Make sure the items you would like to return are unworn, unwashed and folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.
3. Returns have to be paid by you, so choose your preferred shipping company to drop off the parcel.
4. Once we’ve received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund/exchange process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price will be refunded.

Please be aware that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.
